Re-enrollment Request
If you have been dropped from your program and wish to return to complete your high school diploma or GED, you need to schedule an appointment to discuss your situation and decide if this is the right time to return.
Follow these steps to schedule your appointment:
- Click here to choose an available date and time for your appointment and provide the necessary information. After, you will receive an email and text link to an appeal questionnaire. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder.
- Complete the questionnaire within 24 hours to finalize your appointment. Once you submit the questionnaire, you will receive a Google Calendar invitation with a Zoom link via email within two business days.
- You will receive a text and email 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, asking you to confirm your attendance. You must confirm, or your appointment will be canceled.
- Appointment reminder: You will receive a text and email reminder one hour before your meeting starts. Please be on time for your meeting.
