Driving Directions
From San Francisco/Oakland
Take I-880 toward Hayward. Merge onto I-238 S toward I-580/Castro Valley/Stockton. I-238 S becomes I-580 E. Take the REDWOOD RD exit. Turn LEFT onto REDWOOD RD. Drive 1.2 miles then turn right onto ALMA AVE.
From Tri-Valley Area
Take I-580 West toward Oakland. Take the REDWOOD RD exit. Turn RIGHT onto REDWOOD RD. Drive 1.2 miles then turn right onto ALMA AVE.
From South Bay
Take I-880 N toward Oakland. Merge onto I-238 S toward I-580/Castro Valley/Stockton. I-238 S becomes I-580 E. Take the REDWOOD RD exit. Turn LEFT onto REDWOOD RD. Drive 1.2 miles then turn right onto ALMA AVE.
From Peninsula
Take US-101 N toward San Francisco. Merge onto CA-92 E toward Hayward/San Mateo Bridge. Merge onto I-880 N toward Oakland. Merge onto I-238 S toward I-580/Castro Valley/Stockton. I-238 S becomes I-580 E. Take the REDWOOD RD exit. Turn LEFT onto REDWOOD RD. Drive 1.2 miles then turn right onto ALMA AVE.

AC Transit (local service)
Approximately 15 minute bus ride from Castro Valley BART to the Adult School via Line 28. The bus stop is at Seven Hills Road next to our parking lot. Bus route also goes to Hayward BART, Bay Fair BART, and San Leandro BART once every hour! Click here for the map & timetable.
Walking from BART (approximately 25 minute walk)
Take Redwood Road going northeast toward Castro Valley Blvd. Stay on Redwood Road for 1.0 miles. Make a right on Alma Avenue. Pass the Castro Valley Unified School District district offices. We are on the left hand side. Look for the white sign "Castro Valley Adult and Career Education".
