High School Diploma or GED

You may enroll at any time for High School Diploma or GED Preparation classes. Classroom instruction is offered, as well as Independent Study and Distance Learning. Select one of the options below and make an appointment to meet with the Program Technician.

Classroom Study

•Pay a registration fee of $25 per quarter
•Finish your assignments at the school.
•Work with a teacher during class time.
•Complete all the requirements for your High School Diploma.
•Receive assistance in reviewing English, Reading, Writing, Math, Social Studies and Science
for the GED.
•Afternoon Classes: Monday- Friday 3:45-6:00pm
•Evening Classes: Monday and Wednesday 6:30pm-9:00pm

Independent Study:

•Pay a registration fee of $25 per quarter
• Work at home on your own time, independent of the school.
• Meet with your teacher once a week in an individual,personal appointment
($30 refundable cash deposit required for materials).

•Complete all the requirements for your High School Diploma

Independent Study Program: By Appointment Only.

Distance Learning GED Preparation:

•Pay a registration fee of $25 per quarter
• Work at home on your own time.
•Learning materials include video, DVD, cassette tapes, books, software and assignment guides ($30 refundable cash deposit required for materials).
• Meet with your teacher once a week in a personal appointment.

Concurrent Enrollment for High School Students:

• High school students seeking “make-up” credit may enroll concurrently in the Adult School after meeting with a high school counselor and parent/caregiver to obtain a release form.
