Credit Recovery-Concurrent Enrollment for High School Students:
• High school students seeking “make-up” credit may enroll concurrently in the adult school after meeting with a high school counselor and parent/caregiver to obtain a release form. Only Castro Valley High School and Redwood High School students are admitted. Students should call for an appointment to meet with the
Adult School Assistant Principal, Susan Passeggi, at 886-1000.
GED
New GED Test Prep Class
This hybrid class allows GED Distance Learning students to come to Room 1
GED Lab on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. for a daily
mini math or writing lesson, work on your individual subjects, as well as use
the GED computer software to improve skills. The instructor will be available
to work with students individually and in small groups. Registration is free!

GED Classroom Study:

• Receive assistance in reviewing English, Reading, Writing, Math, Social
Studies and Science for the GED.
Evening Classes: Tuesday/Thursday 6:30-9:00 pm
Distance Learning GED Preparation:

• Work at home on your own time.
• Learning materials include videos, DVD, cassette tapes, books, software,
and assignment guides.
• Meet with your teacher once a week in a personal appointment.
