Many of our kids are struggling with anxiety. As parents, we are trying to understanding what exactly is going on and how we can best help them. Join CVHS PTSA, the CVHS Wellness Center, and Castro Valley Adult & Career Education for a night that promises insights and help with this common and troubling challenge.

We will watch the film “Angst, the Movie” (you can view the trailer at and have a short panel discussion and Q&A following the film.
