Your iPhone and Apple Watch are a great pair of tools for monitoring your health and keeping you motivated to stay healthy.
In this 2-hour hands-on workshop you’ll learn how to use your iPhone to collect important health data, including daily footsteps and the flights of stairs you climb, so you can keep on track to getting those 10,000 steps each day. Learn how to pair your iPhone with an Apple Watch, so it can perform periodic heart rate measurements.
We’ll discuss some quality third-party apps that can also track additional data. Your iPhone can also download health records and contain your Medical ID, including emergency contacts.
