Do you find your mind always on the go? Would you like more peace and joy in your daily life? Would you like to learn and practice meditation and mindfulness techniques that could help you in as little as 10 minutes a day?

Join us as we learn and practice a variety of meditation and mindfulness techniques that you can implement right away to be more relaxed, present, focused and ultimately happy. We will explore and practice techniques from ancient traditional sources as well as modern psychology.

No prior experience necessary. Material presented without religious dogma; anyone can participate and learn to meditate (sitting, walking and in daily life).

Instructor Bio: John Bass LMFT has been practicing and teaching meditation for over 20 years. John is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a meditation practice instructor for Nalandabodhi (a Tibetan Buddhist organization founded in the United States by Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche).
