Each of the six 2 hour Saturday morning classes includes warm-up exercises, a review of points and connections, individual coaching, and practice of the entire 1st Set Dayan Qigong form.
Prerequisite(s): Must already be familiar with the entire 1st Set Wild Goose (Dayan Qigong) practice.

Instructor Bio: After more than 25 years of practice, instructor Cynthia Eaton continues to be amazed about the resilience of the human body, and especially its capacity to be forgiving when we begin to care for it well. Her vivid metaphors and analogies create a fun and engaging atmosphere for learning. Her greatest joy as a teacher comes from making Dayan Qigong (DYQG) accessible to students in ways that help them to personalize and embed what they learn into everyday living.
