Instructor Bio: Dallis Wright-Morash graduated with a degree in dance from York University in Toronto. Originally from Victoria, BC, Dallis has been choreographing, performing, and teaching fitness at all levels for over 20 years. Dallis holds ACE, AFAA, and OFC/NFLA (Canada) certifications in personal training, group exercise, Pilates and Yoga. In addition to teaching at CVACE, she has been fitness director at Bay-O-Vista since June of 2004. Her goal is to create classes where everyone can succeed, no matter their limitations. Her motto is STAY ACTIVE!
