Instructor Bio: Dallis Wright-Morash has a degree in dance from York University in Toronto and has been choreographing, performing, and teaching fitness for 20 + years. Dallis holds ACE, AFAA, and OFC/NFLA (Canada) certifications in personal training, group exercise, Pilates and Yoga. In addition to teaching at CVACE, she has been fitness director at Bay-O-Vista since June of 2004. Her goal is to create classes where everyone can succeed, no matter their limitations. Her motto is STAY ACTIVE!
