Who wouldn’t like to feel more happiness and joy in their daily lives? If you attended Victoria’s first workshop, “Living Joyfully,” you learned ways to let go of old wounds and foster a sense of joy in your daily life.
This class will help hone the skills to continue that healing and further develop your self-esteem. Students are encouraged to take both workshops as a way of gaining deeper insights, but “Living Joyfully” is not a prerequisite for this class. You are welcome to jump right in and take this class if the workshop date better suits your schedule.

Instructor Bio: After growing up in an dysfunctional home and surviving numerous traumas, Victoria O’Kane decided to get help to learn how to build a happier life and change the patterns of dysfunction she had fallen into. As a divorced mother of two young girls, she set about rebuilding her life and the life she could provide her daughters. She spent an intense year of counseling and applied what she learned to make changes in her life. These skills became the foundation of her book, “Journey to Joy, 13 Steps to Heal Your Self-Esteem”. Victoria now teaches adults these skills so that they too may embark upon their own “Journey to Joy”. Her mission is to inspire and motivate others to heal emotionally and find and live in the joy we all deserve.
