Join us virtually for a six-week class session on health and wellness for active agers. Learn tools to help boost the immune system and move optimally for longevity. We will cover topics including injury prevention, improving strength and mobility, improving sleep, reducing stress and building better habits.
This class will provide an educational component while we exercise in a fun group setting. You’ll need a mat and some light weights; a chair is optional.
Depending on conditions in Alameda County, there may be some in-person, socially distanced class sessions in Spring.
Note(s): Students will receive a Zoom invitation link before the first class.
All classes are utilizing distance learning via the internet on Zoom. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, in-person classroom instruction is not available. When on-campus instruction becomes available and is safe for students and teachers, we will modify accordingly.
