Boost Your Immune Defenses

Instructor: Blanc

Do you catch every cold or flu in town? While it’s important to support your health with good nutrition, extra attention is called for during these vulnerable winter months when illness peaks. Come learn about the herb-infused broths, powerful immune boosters such as cultured foods rich in beneficial bacteria, medicinal mushrooms plus the nutrient-dense plants that can make you “almost” bulletproof when the bugs are around.

Class will include key “need-to-know” info about how your immune system works, the role of your digestive system for improving your defenses, plus lifestyle suggestions and natural therapies for building strong immunities. Extensive food demo will include simple herbal remedies you can make at home, as well as recipes that provide the nutrient building blocks to increase your resilience and well-being.
