With the support of a chair, this is a gentle class that emphasizes proper breathing, correct spinal and pelvic alignment, improved balance, stretch, and posture. With a seated or standing assist, you will activate the body and mind.
If you feel you have lost some mobility or muscle strength or even balance, come and join us to reverse these feelings and have some fun together. The chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of your body, allowing you to take full advantage of the amazing potential of yoga. Yoga can really be for everyone!
