Gentle Yoga is designed to be an introduction to Yoga, with a mild and soft approach, dedicated to people with reduced mobility and flexibility.
You will be introduced to the classic yoga asanas with particular attention to alignment and breathing techniques and also guided to achieve a gradual release of tension and stiffness in your body. The class is slow paced and modifications will be applied in order to enter postures slowly and safely.
Please bring your own yoga mat.

Instructor Bio: Antonella Dalla Muta creates an environment “on the mat,” where participants can forget their troubles, fears and worries, and enter a world of comfort, harmony and balance, and be at a place where they can experience healing. For Antonella, it’s all about the journey. Everyone wants to get to the top of the mountain, but the happiness comes while you’re climbing it!
