Instructor Bio: Brijett Ireland is a Balanced Body Comprehensively certified Pilates teacher, as well as a science teacher in the Castro Valley Unified School District. As a Pilates instructor, she learned many techniques and practices to adapt and enhance the Pilates workout for teaching all body types. As new parents, she and her husband enjoy spending time with each other and their new son. She has her own Pilates practice and sees its benefits in her everyday life. She enjoys eating delicious foods, running, hiking and backpacking. As a recent resident of Castro Valley, she is especially excited to be working in and with her neighborhood community.
