Finding Your Joy

Instructor: O’Kane

If you could wave a magic wand to be happier, wouldn’t you do it? Learning the skills to heal emotional damage and raise your self-esteem is the next best thing! If you’ve struggled to find happiness and joy in your life this class is a must!

This simple step-by-step plan by Victoria O’Kane, author of A Journey To Joy, will teach you how to create the joy and confidence to have the life you deserve.

Instructor Bio: After growing up in an extremely dysfunctional home with alcoholic parents and surviving numerous deep traumas, Victoria O’Kane decided to get help to learn how to build a happier life and change the patterns of dysfunction she had fallen into. As a divorced mother of two young girls, she set about rebuilding her life and the life she could provide her daughters. She spent an intense year of counseling and applied what she learned to make changes in her life. The skills she learned became the foundation of her book, Journey to Joy, 13 Steps to Heal Your Self-Esteem. After a lifelong career in sales, Victoria now teaches adults these skills so that they too may embark upon their own “Journey to Joy”. It is her mission to inspire and motivate others to heal emotionally and find and live in the joy we all deserve. Victoria O’Kane is the published author of the book A Journey to Joy.
