This 4-hour course provides complete first aid and safety skills, equipping individuals to recognize and provide basic first aid care for injuries and sudden illnesses.

This is a slower-paced exercise class which will help you improve your joint flexibility, bone density, muscle strength, and balance. Exercises are done seated in a chair and standing, but no floor exercises. As of March 12, 2020-Nice & Easy classes are cancelled until further notice.
