If you’re looking for a way to improve flexibility and balance, and reduce stress in your life, come discover Tai Chi. Originally developed for self-defense, Tai Chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that’s excellent for stress reduction, fall prevention and mitigating a variety of health conditions, including arthritis. Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity and health through gentle, flowing movements.

Join us virtually for a six-week class session on health and wellness for active agers. Learn tools to help boost the immune system and move optimally for longevity. We will cover topics including injury prevention, improving strength and mobility, improving sleep, reducing stress and building better habits.

This year detox is more important than ever. Just by living in an urban environment and participating in a modern lifestyle we routinely accumulate a burden of toxins in our bodies that need to be cleared. To add insult to injury, this year we have all been exposed to prolonged smoke, including the combustion byproducts of burning vehicles, appliances, and building materials, oh my!

This essential class is designed to strengthen the core muscles surrounding your spine whether you are performing standing 3-dimensional movement or mat exercises. Challenge your core and create the wellbalanced body you’ve been looking for!

With the support of a chair, this is a gentle class that emphasizes proper breathing, correct spinal and pelvic alignment, improved balance, stretch, and posture. With a seated or standing assist, you will activate the body and mind.

Gentle Yoga is designed to be an introduction to Yoga, with a mild and soft approach, dedicated to people with reduced mobility and flexibility.
