Pregnancy changes women’s bodies in many ways, and pre and postnatal Pilates is a healthful way to help you navigate those changes. We will focus on core stability, strength and overall fitness to help your body manage these changes and prepare for the rigors of labor and childbirth, and the demands of the months to follow.

An expensive spa massage is not the only way to relieve muscle tightness and tensions. Join us and experience muscle tension release through foam rolling in this unique blend of self-massage and the Pilates technique, melt and restore!
