Make Extra Money as a Loan Signing Agent Course

Instructor: Kirby

No experience necessary.  Title companies and lenders rely on mobile loan signing agents to facilitate obtaining signatures on real estate purchases and loan documents.  Loan signing agents generally make $75-$150 per loan signing and due to low interest rates, there is currently a high demand for loan signing agents.  There is no time commitment, you can accept loan signing appointments only when convenient for you! Work as little or as much as you want. The course provides the professional training you need to successfully guide signers through signing their loan documents. It’s not hard and you don’t need experience with loans or real estate.  The instructor will explain the easy process for becoming certified as a loan signing agent and the associated costs, including insurance, supplies, and an added background check.  To be a loan signing agent, you must be a Notary Public.  If you have taken the Notary Public course and are awaiting your commission, take this class now and be ready to go as soon as you receive your commission.  This is a live online class with lots of opportunities to ask questions.  You will be contacted prior to the course to obtain the $40 course materials fee, and we will mail you the materials you will need for the class.

Requirement(s): A $40 materials fee is due in advance of class Material Fee(s): $40 Note(s): Students will receive a Zoom invitation link before the first class.
