Attend this two-hour course and receive guidance through the key options involved in estate and trust planning. Topics include living trust, wills, powers of attorney for health and financial affairs, tax planning, long term care planning, planning for mature, immature, dysfunctional, and postponed beneficiaries, as well as planning for “nuclear” vs “blended” families.

Instructor Bio: James J. Phillips is a certified specialist in estate planning, probate, and trust law with over 30 years of experience. He holds an LL.M. postgraduate law degree in taxation. Highest rating (AV) of professional excellence by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory since 1990. Included annually in Northern California Super Lawyers since its inception.
