Parents of children with developmental disabilities and/or special needs often have questions about the rights of their children such as: Am I legally able to make medical decisions for my child after age 18? What does it mean to have my child “conserved” and under what circumstances would this be an option? What impact would receiving an inheritance have on my child’s ability to receive government benefits like SSI or Medi-Cal? What is a special needs trust and should I consider one for my child?

Would you like to know how to save income, property, and estate taxes for your heirs or how best to have your beneficiaries receive their inheritance? Are you uncertain about how to plan your estate? Do you wonder how the new tax laws impact your estate planning? Do you wonder whether you need a trust or who to put in charge of your estate? This course is intended to help you answer these important questions.
