No experience necessary. Title companies and lenders rely on mobile loan signing agents to facilitate obtaining signatures and notarizations for real estate purchases and loan documents. Loan signing agents generally make $75-$150 per loan signing. There is no time commitment, you can accept loan signing appointments when convenient for you.

This 3-hour renewal course is required for existing Notaries Public who are renewing their commission. The renewal course and exam must be taken prior to the expiration of your current commission. If your existing commission expires prior to taking the course and exam, then the full “Become a Notary Public” course is required.

Notaries must:

  • Be 18 years old
  • Be a California resident
  • Read, write, and understand English
  • Successfully complete this course
  • Pass a state exam (30 multiple-choice questions)
  • Pass a background check

Instruction will also cover how to catch a CAB (Circulation, Airway, Breathing), the updated steps in CPR and review training for individuals requiring re-certification.

The American Heart Association First Aid class is designed to give you the confidence to respond in an emergency situation with skills that can save a life. This 5-hour course provides complete first aid and safety skills, equipping individuals to recognize and provide basic first aid care for injuries and sudden illnesses.

This winter’s session will be focused on themes such as molt sequences in orders of birds, mechanisms and characteristics of feathers, including refraction and iridescence, and special functions.
