How can eating nutrient-dense whole foods help you lose those extra pounds? Proper nutrition can help reduce cravings, balance blood sugar, shift your metabolism toward burning fat, improve your digestion and increase your energy! Come learn how to cook food that will help your body return to a healthy weight AND be so delicious that you will not feel hungry or deprived.

The recipes for this hands-on cooking class will feature foods that are rich in spices, herbs, fiber, healthy fats, high quality protein and low carb. All recipes are gluten, grain and dairy free.

Class will start with a short presentation on the benefits of the featured foods, then we will prepare the dishes and eat together. Featured recipes will be full of high quality protein, healthy fats, rich in spices, herbs and fiber, and low carb. Get ready to enjoy:

Material Fee(s): $15 Instructor Bio: Susan Blanc is a nutrition and herbal therapist. She has a private practice in San Ramon and teaches at CVACE and the California School of Herbal Studies.
