Instructor Bio: Christine Clement Shurma was born on a farm in Switzerland. The family made all of their food—bread, butter, cream-- from scratch, giving her a taste for “real food” made with wholesome, fresh ingredients. Love brought her to the United States and after her kids started school, she owned and operated a Swiss bakery, Swiss Delices for eight years so she could share her love of authentic food with Castro Valley. She is now ready to share her recipes and flare for fresh, healthy food with her students!
