This half-day renewal course is required for existing Notaries Public who are renewing their commission. The renewal course and exam must be taken prior to the expiration of your current commission. You’ll learn all about paint/water ratios, how to mix paint, basic color theory, and blending, glazing, and negative painting techniques to add depth to your art.
