Instructor Bio: William A. Draves is a parent and has mentored a number of boys while they were in school. He has studied the issue of boys in school for twenty years and is a co-author of the book, “Smart Boys, Bad Grades: Gender Inequality and STEM in Education.” He also teaches teachers all over Canada and the United States as part of the graduate program in the School of Education at the University of South Dakota.
