Beginning Road Cycling
Be in good physical and mental condition. Bring bike and helmet to first class for inspection. However if you do not have a bike, you may borrow a good one from a friend. No need to buy a bike or equipment until you have attended the first class where you will receive instructions. Wynn Kageyama of Ventana Edu is a certificated cycling instructor with League of American Bicyclists and the Cycling Education Chair for Fremont Freewheelers Bicycle Club. He is also a trained club bike mechanic.
