Cake Decorating 101
Ever wanted to decorate a cake like a pro for graduation, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, and other special events. Learn how to do this with Bay Area cake decorator/instructor Mary Lou Groff. She will show you the step-by-step techniques in this fun-filled 6 session class. You will learn: • Frosting and filling • Borders and balloons • Writing and roses • Basket weaving and picture transferring • Icing flowers • MUCH MORE Your cakes will thrill and amaze family and friends! Materials fee of $25 payable to instructor in cash or check at the first class session to cover cost of a decorating supply kit for each student plus frosting, and stencils. 6 classes
