Pasta Making Italian Style
Making fresh pasta and selecting a great sauce to pair with it is a party from start to finish. Using the freshest ingredients, students will learn to make pasta of different shapes by hand and with an Italian pasta machine. They will learn easy variations, such as Herb and Spinach Pasta that come out a bright fresh green color and add interest to any meal. Mouth watering sauces will be prepared such as, Clams and Linguini, Pasta Primavera, Italian Meat Sauce, and more. Cooking the perfect pasta, joining it to the perfect sauce creates more than a meal. It creates an Italian masterpiece. Bring your own apron. Necessary food items are included in the price of the class.
