Memory Academy I
Session I focuses on changes that normally come
with age and how to adapt to them. Student will
master techniques for remembering names and
numbers, learn about the latest research for empowered
aging, and learn how to maintain brain
health and independence. Activities that provide
challenge, novelty and variety that work all parts
of the brain, like NUMBRIX , and word recall are
practiced. Proven to benefit brain health, physical
exercise, balance improvement and techniques
for reducing the effects of stress will be a part of every class.

Non-Seniors may enroll in this class for $45 (No class 11/11, 11/25)
