All About Gluten Intolerance And Celiac Disease
Frequent bloating, gas, or intestinal problems?
You may have gluten intolerance or Celiac Disease,
an autoimmune disease which can cause
serious health problems from skin rashes to
cancer. Dr. Van Zino, a Celiac herself, will help
you sort it all out including tips on gluten free
foods, shopping and recipes.
A $10.00 materials fee (payable in class) covers
a range of gluten free sample tasting prepared
on site in the Adult School kitchen.
