Becoming A Notary Public Plus State Examination
State approved class for new and renewing notaries. New Law (AB1210) as of July 1, 2005 requires mandatory education for all applicants who are new or renewing their commissions. This class meets the State mandatory requirement. Learn how to perform notarial acts, step by step.
Check-in

to class start time.
Late arrivals will not be admitted. Applicant must be present for the entire 6 hours of instruction.
Current DMV issued drivers license/ID or passport required.
Bring snack/lunch and a highlighter to class.
A Proof of Completion will be issued after
class.
If you leave the class prior to the class starting time you will receive a refund within 30
days.
TO TAKE THE EXAM on the same day as the
class you must bring a separate check for $40.00
payable to the CA Secretary of State, proper ID, a
2x 2 passport photo, and two #2 pencils.
