The American Heart Association First Aid class is designed to give you the confidence to respond in an emergency situation with skills that can save a life. This 5-hour course provides complete first aid and safety skills, equipping individuals to recognize and provide basic first aid care for injuries and sudden illnesses.

Learn essential life saving techniques! The CPR course will teach a combination of artificial respiration and artificial circulation for basic life support techniques. Instruction will also cover A-B-C steps and review CPR training for individuals requiring re-certification.

This course continues from Winter Quarter, and is recommended for anyone who has already taken the first two modules this year, or a previous 8-week Mindfulness course (either from this instructor or elsewhere).
