This 5-hour course provides complete first aid and safety skills, equipping individuals to recognize and provide basic first aid care for injuries and sudden illnesses.

Zumba® is a dance based fitness format which has you moving to music. Class consists of warm up, cardio, core, glutes, and specific muscle strength training, and cool down. Music is eclectic with Latin, oldies, current hits and international favorites. Teacher takes requests!

A slower-paced exercise class with lots of chair exercises. We also do stretches, strength training with light weights and balancing standing next to a chair. No floor exercises.
