Gentle Yoga is designed to be an introduction to Yoga, with a mild and soft approach, dedicated to people with reduced mobility and flexibility.

Learn essential life-saving techniques! This CPR course will teach a combination of artificial respiration and artificial circulation for basic life support techniques. Instruction will also cover how to catch a CAB (Circulation, Airway, Breathing), the updated steps in CPR and review training for individuals requiring re-certification.

This 5-hour course provides complete first aid and safety skills, equipping individuals to recognize and provide basic first aid care for injuries and sudden illnesses.

Zumba® puts the fun in fitness! Exciting music from around the world will get you moving and sweating using easy to follow dance moves. Zumba® requires no dance experience and is open to all fitness levels making it fun for everybody and every body!

This is a slower-paced exercise class which will help you improve your joint flexibility, bone density, muscle strength, and balance. Exercises are done seated in a chair and standing, but no floor exercises.
